Services Offered
  1. We provide design services in accordance with the AIGA Standard Form of Agreement for Design Services + Schedule A, Option 4. Our services encompass the following categories:

Scope of Work
  1. A la Carte Items

    1. Social Graphics (Open House, Coming Soon, Just Listed, Just Closed, Under Contract):

      1. Sizes & Formats: Standard sizing: 1080 x 1080 px in digital format.

      2. Customization: Client-specific branding or information customization available.

    2. Holiday Social Graphics:

      1. Holidays Covered: Custom designs for any requested holiday.

      2. Customization: Clients can request specific holiday designs.

    3. Miscellaneous Social Graphics:

      1. Content/Themes: Varied content types customizable with client branding.

    4. Flyers & Postcards:

      1. Sizes & Design Options: Customizable per property details or marketing needs.

    5. Business Cards & Email Signatures:

      1. Customization: Fully customizable to fit client business/personality.

    6. Logo/Branding:

      1. Inclusions: Custom logo, brand identity elements, client-involved process.

      2. A la Carte Items with Command Assistance

        1. Service Details: Completion of campaigns using client log-in information.

        2. Client Responsibilities: Providing log-in details, authorizing campaign costs, separate from service costs.

      3. Packages General

        1. Listing Package: Includes various real estate graphics, 1 flier, and 1 postcard design.

        2. Daily & Holiday Packages: Include specific sets of social graphics as described.

        3. Branding Package: Comprises logo/branding, business card, email signature, and introductory social graphic.

      4. Listing Social Template Package

        1. Included Templates: Real estate graphics templates with Canva access.

        2. Usage: Sold for one-time use; clients can modify for reuse, creative rights limited to one-time sale.

Intellectual Property
  1. Ownership and rights to designs remain with Norman the Designer until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients gain full rights for usage.

Payment Terms
  1. All invoices must be paid within (10) calendar days. Orders exceeding $500 require a 30% upfront deposit. Late payments may incur a 5% monthly service charge as per Maryland state law.

Cancellation and Refunds
  1. Clients can cancel within 24 hours before project completion for a full refund. Cancellations thereafter may incur fees, not exceeding $25.

Delivery and Turnaround Time
  1. We aim for timely high-quality delivery. A minimum 72-hour turnaround time is requested for revisions.

  2. For Branding & Logo Design a minimum turnaround of 2 weeks from initial consultation is requested for revisions.

Liability and Indemnity
  1. While we strive for accuracy, we aren't liable for errors. Clients agree to indemnify us for any claims arising from design use.

Confidentiality
  1. Client-shared information is confidential and won't be disclosed without explicit consent or unless required by law.
